Fediversity is based on NixOS, a disruptive Linux distribution with a unique approach to package and configuration management. It enables complex deployment scenarios for Fediverse services like PeerTube, Mastodon, Owncast, Lemmy, as well as traditional services like email servers, VPN, private cloud storage, and wikis. The project focuses on making deployment of internet-based services easier and more reliable.
