A co-funding scheme to tackle brain drain and precarity of researchers' careers by providing talent recruitment programmes for researchers holding doctoral degrees with excellent research and academic opportunities leading to concrete career prospects.

The objective is to make Europe more attractive to promising young talents. Applicants submit proposals for talent recruitment programmes divided into two phases: first phase (24-36 months) with EU funding equivalent to minimum gross salary, and second phase (24 months) where applicant continues employment with attractive national-level salaries.
